Books You Should Read – This is a list of books I’ve put together in order to help you improve every aspect of your life. I’m always reading and reviewing new books to add to this list.
Audible – I’ve been using Audible for over five years, and I love it. Audiobooks are a great way to spend your time, especially to fill those moments of silence while driving, exercising, or cooking. When I joined 4-5 years ago, I was at a point where I was not reading much. Since then, I have over 80 audiobooks in my Audible library and I have listened to over 1000 hours of material. Following the link below will give you an exclusive offer to get your first two audiobooks for free.
Lynda.com – In order to move up the career ladder, you need to improve your skills. Lynda.com offers unlimited courses in any subject starting at $25/month. The courses are all professionally done, and they’re always adding more. When you complete a course, Lynda gives you a certificate of completion. Since LinkedIn backs it, these certificates may hold some real weight.
Skillshare – If you’re looking for a more affordable way to learn something new, try skillshare. On Skillshare, anyone with some experience can sign up to teach and make videos. The subscription is only $10 per month for the premium service (some courses are available in the free version). For a limited time, you can get the first 3 months for only $0.99 by using my link.
Duolingo – Duolingo turns language learning into a fun game. Each lesson includes a variety of speaking, listening, translation, and multiple choice challenges, which helps solidify those new words. The platform is easy to use, and it gives you immediate feedback on your work and progress. Best of all, it’s free!
Stuff You Should Know – SYSK is a general learning podcast. The hosts – Josh and Chuck – cover every topic imaginable. Their combination of knowledge and humor makes learning fun.
TED Talks – TED is a global community that focuses on sharing ideas. The website is full of amazing videos from speakers from every background, nation, and creed. TED is an excellent way to expand your mind and learn new ideas and philosophies.
